Also known as the Nepperhan Design Center, this building was formerly home to the Alexander Smith Carpet Mills, built in 1882. The building is 170,000 square feet with an all-brick exterior. It has 5 floors of warehouse, showroom, storage, and space for lease. Currently there are 25 tenants in the building. Randolph Rose purchased the building in 2007.
